Breakfast and After School Clubs

BREAKFAST CLUB

7.30am—8.45am

Our Breakfast Club provides childcare for children from Reception to Year 6 and operates daily during term time from 7.30am — 8.45am. 

The Breakfast Club is run by dedicated, qualified and experienced play leaders. We offer a range of exciting and relaxing activities for our children. Our aim is to give busy parents more flexibility in the school day, in the knowledge that their children are having fun in a happy and safe environment.

Breakfast

A healthy well-balanced breakfast will be served between 7.30am and 8.15am.  This will consist of a range of cereals, toast, fruit juice, milk and water.

Arrival and Dismissal

On arrival at breakfast club you will be welcomed by one of our members of staff.

At 8.45am the children will go to their classrooms for ‘soft start’.

Breakfast Club Booking and Fees

7.30am —8.15am - £4.00

8.15am —8.45am - £1.75    

You must book a place for the Breakfast Club. Places will be limited to 16 children. All places must be booked for in advance and must be done via Arbor. Payment will be required when booking. As there are limited spaces, bookings will be on a first come, first served basis.

Parents may use Childcare vouchers and will require St Luke’s Catholic Academy Ofsted Number to do so.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

3.15pm—5.30pm

Our After-School Club caters for children from Reception to Year 6. It is open daily during term time from 3.15pm — 5.30pm. 

Activities

The After School Club provides a safe, friendly and secure environment where a variety of activities are offered.  The activities are supervised and include indoor and outdoor games, art, crafts, drama, book corner and a quiet area for resting or homework. Children are allowed to choose from the planned activities available to them each day.

Snacks

A snack will be provided between 4.15pm-5.30pm, this will consist of sandwiches, fruit and vegetables. We feel it is important to offer the children a range of healthy well-balanced snacks. 

Fees:

3.15pm — 4.15pm — £5.00    

3.15pm — 5.30pm — £10.00    (includes snack)

All bookings are charged from 3.15pm, if your child attends any other activities during After School Club, no reimbursement or credit will be given.

Booking for the After School Club

You must book a place for the After School Club. Places will be limited to 24 children. All places must be booked for in advance and must be done via Arbor. Payment will be required when booking. As there are limited spaces, bookings will be on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations

Full session rates will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given

After School Club Late Collection

Collection after 5.30pm will be charged at £5.00 for each 10-minute period. This is due to the inconvenience caused to members of staff .
